The Bodice Challenge: Day 28

Breakfast: Cinnamon Chex with skim milk and small glass of orange juice (and I actually remembered to take my vitamins today, wheee!)

Lunch: two small, thin slices of leftover veggie pizza, one brown rice cake and a few cherries

Dinner: 6 steamed dumplings with dipping sauce, about half of a small order of beef lo mein, and a fortune cookie.

Evening snack: several small homemade brownies.

Creativity: got a lot of good good work done on a new skirt for Faire :) All I have to finish now is the waistband and the hem :)

Exercise: Walked around the market and swept and cleaned out the workshop space for my *Shakespeare Camp* that starts after I get back from vacation :) Also, I treated myself to a pedicure today, which, while not exercise, is good self-care :)

I'm sorry, I forgot to take my blood pressure again. My blood pressure cuff shares an outlet with my cell phone charger, and sometimes I forget to switch the plugs, I apologize...
