Blood Pressure: 112/80
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
Lunch: Natural peanut butter on crackers, a few mall slices of cheddar cheese, and an Odwalla Superfood smoothie
Dinner: Okay, dinner tonight was a fitness fail (but a comfort food win). My Mom came home this afternoon with pizza, garlic bread, and Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream. I would like to say that I did not indulge in any of this, but that would be a gigantic lie, it was delicious :) I added in some extra exercise to compensate for it a bit :)
Exercise: Trimmed the hedges and cleaned up the clippings for two hours this morning with my parents. Lots of bending and raking and some lifting. Also, went for a 40 minute walk after dinner.
