The Bodice Challenge, Day 4

Blood Pressure: 117/78 :)

Breakfast: Raisin Bran Cereal with Skim Milk

Exercise: 23 minute walk around my neighborhood, moderate/fast pace

Lunch: Natural Peanut Butter and a banana sandwich on Mulitgrain (YUM, thank you, Elvis:)

Snack: Vegan "S'more" milkshake from Strong Hearts Cafe (no, I'm not going Vegan, they just make AWESOME milkshakes :)

Dinner: Potluck dinner at Book Club Meeting, tasting portions of blackened chicken, pulled pork, fruit salad, my couscous salad, and two slices and whole grain bread :)

A good day :)


  1. Oh! My creativity!!! Went to always awesome Fairy Tale Book Club where we talked about all things Dragon, and created a new recipe that should be up on my food blog tomorrow :)

  2. My classic breakfast: PB and banana with honey and nutmeg. Even better when you serve it on french toast instead of toasted whole wheat.
