The Bodice Challenge: Day 12

Blood Pressure: 123/80

Breakfast: homemade oatmeal pancakes with blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup ( food blog post coming soon!)

Lunch: the remaining two pancakes and a small bowl of 1% whipped cottage cheese

Dinner: went to Outback Steakhouse with Mikey because we were running errands in that area. Had a 9 oz. sirloin with a baked potato (I had the butter and the sour cream on the side and only used about half of it) and a garden salad with vinaigrette.

Evening Snack: Iced Chai Tea with Skim Milk :)

Creativity: revamped the aforementioned pancake recipe and took photographs of the same in prep for my next food blog post :)

Exercise: Nothing regimented, but lots of walking today :)

Tomorrow'a supposed to be nice, so I'm hoping to get in a nice walk and a swim :)
