ReplyDelete(you knew that)
No smiles since she was Norma J? I'm afraid there were few smiles for her even then...
ReplyDeleteVery True, poor Marylin, she had little cause to smile for most of her life....the image I had in my head was the photo spread she did when she worked in the airplane factory during WWII, that was when she was still Norma Jean and a brunette, and her smiles in those photos always struck me as more genuine than her later starlet photos....
ReplyDeleteWonderfully pithy.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the Wide Wide World of Magpies. :)
Love it! When I first saw this pic, I remarked to Fox that this was a "Marilyn type" person. Then she said, it really WAS Marilyn....
ReplyDeletewow.
thus my Magpie as well.
Good job! :)
PS...
ReplyDeleteI see one of your wishes here on the right, is to have an artist paint your body. Lynnie Couillard-Blance, a faire friend on my FB page does that painting for a living. Just sayin' :)
Really? Awesome!!! I'll have to get in touch with her!
