The Bodice Challenge: Day 6

Breakfast: Rice Chex with Skim Milk

Lunch: Wegmans California Roll made with brown rice and a drizzle of soy sauce, one cup blueberries :)

Snack: Iced Chai Tea Latte with Skim Milk

Dinner: Shrimp over iceberg lettuce with a few crackers and cocktail sauce

Evening Snack: bowl of light ice cream :)

Exercise: First swim in the pool of the season!!! Swam five laps around our 24 foot round above ground pool, water-jogged ten laps, and swam five more laps :) Also, carried a few more (heavy) things up from the basement for the Garage Sale....

Creativity: Actually, today was more *productive* printed out and distributed fliers for the Garage Sale,  and helped Mikey with his FAFSA and other assorted school prep stuff :) I did get to sit under a tree in my backyard and do nothing for a little while, too, and that was wonderful :)

Blood Pressure: 111/81 :)

Not bad at all :)
